The Horizon Vibration plate V3000 is equiped with two displays, which are mounted in different heights, so that you can see your training settings either in sitting or lying position. The exercise duration can be varied between 15 and 180 seconds, the frequency can be adjusted between 20 and 50 Hz. The Horizon Vibration plate V3000 is also equiped with hot keys for time, amplitude, and frequency. Offering a training surface of 57 x 76 cm and a multi-position handlebar, the Horizon vibration plate makes versatile exercises comfortably possible.
