Bicycle trainer for the bike differ from the known fitness exercise bike. Using a bicycle trainer, the back wheel is fixed and, therefore, stabilizes the whole bike. A resistance system effects the back wheel producing a drive resistance close to reality. Some bicycle trainers offer the additional possibility to manually adjust the resistance in several levels.
