The Sport-Tiedje online training offers the possibility to create individual fitness programs for stamina, strength, weight reduction, and flexibility via the internet. You can feed the data of your treadmill training into the online training by means of the Sport-Tiedje USB kit. The Sport-Tiedje USB kit is included in the delivery of both treadmills mentioned above. The online training supports with advice, assistance, and observation to achieve your personal goals.

Go to log-in via Enroll Now and enter your registration number/enrollment ID. This can be found on the backside of your  USB kit. Now, you get to your user account, where you can enter user name and password. The online training is only available in English language at the moment.
