The Sport-Tiedje multi lat pull machine is a compact exercise station featuring an upper and a lower pulley. Therefore, this Sport-Tiedje lat pull station allows for a great variety of upper body exercises. The leg pad can be adjusted between 7 different heights and the weight of the Sport-Tiedje multi lat pull machine can be adjusted as required using weight plates (not included, sold separately). The 7 x 5 cm thick, powder-coated frame of the Sport-Tiedje lat pull station allows for a maximum weight load of 80 kg. A rubber base plate ensures firm grip when doing lower pulley exercises.
