Personal data is raised on this web page only to the technically necessary extent. 1. Data Acquisition on our Web Page

Each access to our web page and each retrieval of a file deposited on our web page are logged. The storage of data transmitted by the browser serves statistical purposes only.

Any stored data contains date and time of the server request, name of the called file, browser type/version, the operating system used, host name of the accessing computer (IP address) and the referrer URL (last visited site). Sport-Tiedje are not able to assign this information to specific individuals. The consolidation with other data sources does not take place.

Further personal data is only gathered on a voluntary basis on your behalf, i.e. within the framework of an order, a guestbook entry or an order.

2. Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies in numerous places. They surve the purpose of making our website more user-friendly, effective and safe. Cookies are small files of textual data sent to your computer and stored by the browser. The cookies do not damage the computer and do not contain viruses.

When visiting our website, two session cookies are created which serve the purpose of recognising your computer and the content of your shopping cart. Session cookies are deleted after the window is closed or after after 24 hours the latest. Furthermore, we use one cookie for website alanysis purposes („Piwik“, valid for 2 years). Anonymised user profiles can be created and the activities on our website analysed using the stored information. All information stays on our server and is not passed on to third parties.

3. Use of the Google „+1“ button

On our website, we use the „+1“ button of the social network Google+ (Google Plus) of the Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, Kalifornien, 94043 USA (in the following text „Google“).

Every time one of our webpages featuring the „+1“ button is visited, the „+1“ button makes the browser you use load and display the visual image of the „+1“ button from the Google server. At the same time, the Google server is told which particular webpage of ours you are currently visiting. Google records your browser history when the „+1“ button is showing for a duration of up to two weeks for system maintenance and trouble-shooting purposes. Further analysis of your visit of our webpage with a „+1“ button does not take place.

If you press the „+1“ button while logged in on Google+ (Google Plus), Google captures information on the URL you recommend, your IP address and other browser-related information via your Google profile, so that your „+1“ recommendation can be saved and made publicly accessible. Your „+1“ recommendations can be shown on the internet as hints together with your profile name and your picture used in Google services, e.g. in search results or on your Google profile (as „+1“ tab in your Google profile) or in other places on websites and internet displays.

4. Newsletter, Withdrawal of Approval

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on our site we require a valid email address, any further information is given voluntarily and serves statistical purposes only.

Where applicable, you have expressly granted the permission below. We would like to point out that you can withdraw your approval anytime with effect for the future.

If payment is made by direct debit, we passed on your address information to the CEG Creditreform Consumer GmbH, Hellersbergstr. 11, 41460 Neuss who provide credit rating information for credit assessments based on mathematical-statistical information. Different to this, address information of customers from Austria is passed on to the company deltavista GmbH, Diefenbachgasse 35, 1150 Vienna for retrieving credit rating information. During the order process, your personal information is transmitted online with 256-bit-SSL encryption.

We protect your personal data from the access by third parties using technical and organisational measures. When communicating via email we cannot ensure complete data security, hence we would advise enclosing any confidential information by mail.

You have the right to receive information on your stored data free of charge as well as (if applicable) the correction, blocking or the deletion of this data. We, Sport-Tiedje, will happily give you information regarding your stored personal data at any time, their source and recipients as well as purpose of storing the data on written or email request.
