Multi Gym Horizon Torus 408

The Torus-Series has been developed for excellent functionality and ergonomy, easy handling and high quality norm for home usage.

The multi gym Horizon Torus 408 is equiped with advantages of the Torus-design and its roll channels. It has weight plates of altogether 77 kg in 17 blocks à 4,5 kg with 2,3 kg additional weight. It includes plastic covered steel ropes and sealed, ball-bearing pulleys. Lat pull bar and multifunctional belt are included in the equipment.
In addition, the multi gym Horizon Torus 408 has adjustable radial arm pulls including five fixing positions which allow a training of the upper part of the body and main muscles in different positions and angles. Therefore, a diversified training is made possible.
The seat of the Horizon multi gym can easily be removed for an enlarged training of the upper and the lower part of the body. The multi-gym allows the classic weight training exercises, everyday movements in upright and squatting position with turns and inclination during resistance for the training of power, coordination, and balance. It is designed for 70 training exercises with more than 200 variations.

The Horizon Torus-Series allows a lot of natural movements for each exercise and trains power, coordination, and balance. The construction makes it possible, that the resistance is put on the muscles which have to be strengthened and formed. Regarding the training of the upper part of the body: in contrast to the power stations with controlled exercises where the stronger arm compensates the weaker one, the independent radial arm exercises provide a strengthening and building of both arms at the same time resulting in good training successes.
