Entry-level multi gym by Kettler with an 80kg weight stack and a variety of push and pull devices. You can perform upper body exercises such as lat pulldown exercises, bench presses, butterflies, rowing exercises, triceps exercises and biceps curls with the Kettler Multigym. For the strengthening of the legs, the Kettler Multigym features a leg extension device which also allows to perform standing leg curls. Furthermore, the lower pulley of the Kettler Multigym can be used for exercising the adductors and the abductors.
