Kettlebells

Kettlebells are cast-iron balls with a strong finger handle. Using those special training weights, you strengthen your complete body. This is made possible as the training with those round weights does not only exercises one muscle but many supporting muscles get strengthened at the same time.
Kettlebells allow a multitude of exercises: Strengthen your arm muscles with biceps curls, your shoulder muscles with lateral and front lifting, use the kettlebells as additional weight for your abdominal workout (crunches) or accomplish other, special-dynamic exercises with the kettlebell in an easy way.
