The Sport-Tiedje fitness analysis offers a complete body analysis and fitness test* for you. It has been especially developed by our sports scientists and competitive athletes.
We calculate the real age of your body by use of different tests - in a simple and fast way. You get a detailed overview about your body composition and a complete evaluation of your fitness condition. We determine your biological age by means of the given data, propose workout recommendations and provide an optimized workout program by request.
The recipe for a healthy and fit body can be the easiest thing in the world: You combine regular physical activity with a healthy, balanced nutrition. Just the one who is healthy and fit will feel much better, reach personal targets and increase his quality of life.

How does the Sport-Tiedje fitness analysis calculate your biological age
By means of your physical composition and your fitness conditio
The following zones are examined:
- Physical composition
We determine the composition of your body by means of a professional body analysis balance: weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), body fat percentage, muscle mass and body water.
- Blood pressure
The blood pressure measurement examines the pressure of the blood in your blood vessels.
- Endurance
The Polar OwnIndex© fitness test is a passive endurance test, which has to be done in absolute calmness, providing a clue regarding your endurance fitness. Having a good endurance fitness, you resist stress in a better way, fatigue slower and regenerate faster.
- Coordination
We check your coordination fitness regarding your ability of balance by means of the MFT-Challenge Disc©. Having a well-developed ability of coordination, you can exercise motions more precise, more economic and more harmonic.
- Flexibility
The Sit & Reach test is a flexibility test checking your complexe trunk flexibility and the ability of extension of the back leg muscles. If you have a good flexibility, you can exercise the motions faster, easier and more fluent.
- Strength
There are four different strength tests for checking almost all essential muscle groups: The traction test evaluates your upper body musculature. The crunch-test is a good possibility to check your abdominal muscles. The wall-sit-test measures the strength ability of your thigh muscles. The push-up test checks the triceps and chest muscles. The strength ability is the basis for each kind of motions. We cannot exercise possible motions in a sensible way without the necessary strength.
